First meeting conserning your WordPress website. Tapio, Juho and Olha from Kansleri will try to get all possible information about your company and sales goals.
Based on the information got during the first meeting we create a website wireframe.
Wireframe clarifies:
Visual design starts after the website wireframe is done and approved by you.
Tapio creates visual presentation of future website in Adobe XD. Then we go through the design and edit it until it looks perfect.
Making changes during visual design stage is very easy compared to editing website after it is already built.
Your page is created on the basis of Kansleri’s own starter theme. Our starter theme guarantees your website’s operational reliability and loading speed.
Tapio is coding your website for a few weeks. Also he adds and installs everything needed to your site. Coding is done on our own kehityspalvelin.fi server, where you can follow the process of website building and give comments regarding its development.
When everything is ready and approved by you, the website can be published.
But project does not stop here yet. We set up website traffic, automation and conversion tools to your website and follow its search engine visibility for the next few months.
You will get a website usage training. Websites we do are always easy to use and anybody can manage and update them.
You shoud reserve about 2 hours of your time for the training.

Website is very easy to use. You have full access to all parts of the website. You will be able to create new pages, update and manage your website freely according to your wishes.
After website is published, you will complete its usage training. But usually you learn to use website well by managing it on your own.
On request, we are able to help with website usage and its further development after its publishing.

1. Server. We recommend Finnish Seravo WP-service -server includes solid information security. It is strong enough that you do not need separate information security plugins.
2. Updates. WordPress updates itself automatically. WordPress gets information security updates frequently, and these updates load and set up automatically.
3. Kansleri Starter theme. Websites are always built on the basis of Kansleri’s own starter theme. Whole website is updated together with WordPress and no manual theme updates are needed.
4. Only essential plugins. The less plugins you have, the better the information security is.

We build websites fast and project duration depends strongly on your availability to participate in meetings (usually once per week). Typically project takes 2-3 months.
We provide free website usage support via phone or email. Also we will fix all possible bugs and glitches for free. Bigger changes to the website’s structure can be done on request and are billed at 95€/hour + VAT.
WordPress trainings are arranged on request and later in 2021 we will release a WordPress online course.
Written and video guidelines for website managenet are coming soon. Hands-on website usage training is included into the website price.
